Next Saturday (5th)

It occurs to me that I'm not actually available next Saturday night. Is everyone available on the Sunday? Otherwise I'll just have to miss it.

I can do the Sunday.

Or I think could do the week instead, but Monday or Thursday would be a bit trickier.

Saturday night is the only one I can do as am working Thursday, Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then we go on holiday...

Just drop a man from your officer to use as an artillery observer...951 points. Surely moving up to veteran can fill that gap?

Excellent! Turns out I can do 1000 points already, so I did in fact reach the goal by the end of June even though I haven't painted everything I wanted to.

Not sure I can do a great deal more than 1000 points using the anti partisan list. The only real things to add are a couple more squads of infantry and an armoured car.

You could do more than one platoon I suppose? Or just use different selectors?

This is all true. Think with full use of infantry and an armoured car it'll be about 1500 points. Suppose I could have 2 squads of SS...

I always forget you can add a captain or a major as well.

I actually think a captain/major might be a useful thing - I'm always ending up with one squad that gets 3-4 pins and then can't act at all for the rest of the game.

Not allowed them for partisans, but I think they are allowed for volkssturm. Have to work out an actual army for those (although without any heer everything has to be inexperienced I think. This would be... different).

I've had another paint fest and now only have 3 infantry left to paint. Just deciding what to buy next!
