Hello,

Kieron told me about your new forum so I thought I'd pop in and say hello. Been a while since I've seen most of you!

I'm still very loyal to gw and only play wfb and 40k (loving both the latest editions). If anyone fancies digging our their warhammer I'd be more than keen.

Cheers,

Andy

I'll happily present my VC for a thumping at some point soon (half-term maybe?) although I'll need to re-learn the game a bit.

The Wood Elves and to some extent my Bretonnians are officially in stasis awaiting new incarnations that can remotely compete.

I'll happily update you on the latest complexities of the rulebook contradicting FAQ!

I can do games most early evenings at my house (my house makes it looks less like I'm abandoning my 5 week old son).

This half term could be busy as it looks like I'll be touring grandparents...

I look at evenings in the next couple of weeks then. Your house is better anyway since I still can't do a full sized table at mine.

EDIT: I'm not being callous in ignoring Andy's news, I already knew. Very Happy

Thanks Bill. It's been amazing but has eaten into my war gaming a bit. It'll pay dividends when I get him playing and then no longer have to leave my house!

Kieron, let me know when you're free, would be good to host your vampires.

In other news, I painted today for the first time since Toby's birth.

Was that 'host' or 'hose'? I'm on an extra-special run of form at the moment - I haven't won a game since February.

I can host and hose simultaneously; I'm very talented.

Congratulations!

I wouldn't mind having another go at Warhammer at some point. I did actually enjoy the last game I played of it (where I completely wiped out Craig's army, which appeared to end the campaign we were playing in. I think that means I won the campaign).

Any remotely competitive army will beat me very quickly though, unless it's being commanded by Craig.

Well, I know the rules well but pick rubbish armies and lose a lot so no worries there!

When are we free then chaps? I can do most evenings (but not weekends).

Matt: have your imperial guard played the latest 40k edition yet?

Errrr.... not sure about when I'm free. I'm booked for the next couple of weeks but will work something out.

Haven't even seen the new 40k yet!
