I've had a nosey at the rules, and the Police pack allows you to add some or all of the models to Law, Organised Crime, Batman, Black Mask and Two-Face. The GCPD are nothing if not versatile!

On a seperate note, it's been pointed out that the prisoner with the hand gun would make a decent proxy (both in terms of rules and model if you swap the weapon) for Captain Boomerang, should anybody be thinking about the Suicide Squad.

Is there any way to get more cash? The reputation + cash points thing is really limiting what I'm allowed to do with the police. Almost everyone has a gun, so everyone needs loads of cash, so I run out.

Commissioner Loeb gives you a bit more cash ($300 I think), but you can't use Gordon with him. that's about it really.

Hmmm. I'm actually unconvinced by Gordon anyway, you seem to blow a lot of points for skills that aren't much use with him. Might have a look at Loeb, but he's 70 points as well I think. Hmmm again.

Loeb is much more of a support character, with abilities that enhance henchmen and mess with the opponent. You won't be tempted to get him close to the enemy. Somebody else will have to do the heavy lifting.
