Is "paint dickheads" part two of your plan then?

The 3rd Virginia Dickheads were not a particularly successful unit.

They were the heroes of the famous Dickhead's Charge though.

What date are we ACWing? And are we going to play with what we have if we don't have the right forces for the scenario?

I'd like to paint some more personally before we play again. It'd be nice to be able to do the scenario we discussed as a starting point.

There is a slightly easier starting point available if we want it - the main Black Powder rulebook includes the Hangman's Creek scenario which doesn't need as much stuff.

We could do that one, using the rules from Glory Hallelujah (so things like units becoming Whipped instead of breaking).

When are you back?

Jolly well!

When are we actually doing the ACWing?

I think pick a date. We'll be able to do the "Hangman's Creek" scenario from the rulebook if we can't manage Wilson's Creek.

I've assembled and started painting everything I need to. Easily done by 17th.

Just need to get the afternoon pass.

What's the minimum amount of stuff I need to paint for this scenario?

That's what he needs in total, altogether. Can't remember how much he's painted!
