There is a slightly easier starting point available if we want it - the main Black Powder rulebook includes the Hangman's Creek scenario which doesn't need as much stuff.
We could do that one, using the rules from Glory Hallelujah (so things like units becoming Whipped instead of breaking).

When are we actually doing the ACWing?
I think pick a date. We'll be able to do the "Hangman's Creek" scenario from the rulebook if we can't manage Wilson's Creek.
