This is due to be released in July. It's essentially Wizards and their Warbands kicking the crap out of each other. I'd guess that most of us have models already that would work for it, so cost could be minimal (in fact I've probably got enough Bretonnian bits to allow others to make warbands.) Saga Warbands and Warhammer armies should work fine for it and I'm sure we've got enough terrain.
There's also apparently a kickstarter-like thing beginning in May which could allow for cheaper involvement if we merge resources.
