Nobody had mentioned bi-weekly RPG night so I assumed it was 'when-Pete-isn't-working' RPG night.

Happy for a RPG night. But if not, I'd like a game of KoW...

...or Batman, but I'm a realist.

It's possible that I can be ready for bi-weekly RPG night by the 29th.

Not sure about this Tuesday though. Got a feeling I'm busy, but can't remember what with.

And what about this Tuesday?

KoW? DZC? 7TV? BMG?

I'm planning the board game club for Thursday so might have to skip Tuesday. Don't want to end up with negative brownie point equity.

I'll plaintively try again, although my resolve is wavering...

...anyone for a game on Tuesday?

Don't care what.

Trying this Tuesday?

Any interest? DZC, Batman, a board game, KoW, or even give the new Marvel game a try? Not fussy.

You'll be pleased to know Kieron that freeriders movement is being reduced to 12" apparently...

Thats not in any errata yet by the way.

Matt, in the last errata however, your Firedrake thing doesn't get the 'charged atmosphere' thing.

And Kieron, are you using the FFOR army builder when you work your stuff out? If not alot of your stuff is cheaper than in the book now. Your Alexander is 125 points...

I am using FFOR but I hadn't spotted that.

It makes sense. The bikes do feel a bit bent (although I'll wait for something official) whereas the Alex feels very clumsy for its points.

Fire drake change is presumably so you can air strike it like you were doing. It's still pretty good without it though. Might get another!

21 Re: Tuesday night games? on Tue Apr 05, 2016 6:19 pm

There's other bits in the errata too about it, like you're supposed to declare at the start of the turn if it's going to fire or be a gate

Matt Lilley time travel is actually thematic with the Shaltari so changing his mind is fine. It's like running away is totally in keeping with the Resistance. Smile

I knew you were supposed to declare what it was doing, didn't realise it was start of turn though. I thought it was at the start of that battlegroup. Still, you can assume it's shooting unless I adopt a sort of town crier stance and bellow that it's acting as a gate.

I did. It was the first objective grabbing scenario and Matt only had 2 squads of infantry to my 5, so it was a little unbalanced. We both got two objectives, but I managed to get both of mine off the board (the first one was found early, the second one was found by Free Riders...zoom!
