I'm out. Going to try and restrict new games to ones I really want now. Feel nif I have too many I won't get to play them enough!

Hmmm, that's too much. And to be honest I'm not convinced you need a new game for this - it's zombies and survivors, I don't really want to play as Rick Grimes, I want my own desperate bands of survivors fighting each other. 7TV or something seems fine for that anyway.

Well that looks like me gone too. I was looking at getting the base game for miniatures but they've done a thing where there's only going to be one pledge level to make it easier for them, but £90 is silly for a single level. If I do get it, I'll wait for general release. I think I read that the base game will be £35.

As you say Matt, we've got the stuff to do similar.

Also, they're releasing the beta rules in February, so we can find out whether it's worth it then.

Ah, yes! Looking at the beta rules would be good. Even if we like it, we probably don't need a big starter set.

Just been reading about this. Apparently Mantic are not brilliant at getting KS pledge orders right, hence to one size fits all pledge. The base game will be £35, but the pledge is £90. The rest of the pledge is likely to be made up of expansions, terrain and accessories (deluxe mats etc.) similar to the expansions to both Imperial Assault or Mars Attacks.

This is definitely a wait for retail job.

They've introduced a new pledge level at around £50. You get the base game, some character based stretch goals and a couple of Zombie and scenery add-ons.

A bit more tempting.
