Wes! Extra bolt action fun!

Battleground Europe arrived today, has 15 extra scenarios in it so we don't have to just play the 6 in the rulebook.

Some interesting ones with Germans surrounded in a village etc

I feel excluded and ignored.

You have neither Brits, Yanks or Krauts. When the next book is out it'll be all about you!

It'll also be about you. So I'm hoping you'll buy the book first...

This is true. And if we wait for you to buy it, it would forever remain a mystery...

I have krauts!

Can you use them in the Normandy list?

Are partisans featured in the book Pete?

There's one special unit, other than that its yanks or Brits against krauts

I have a Daimler Dingo...I can sort of do the British. I could borrow Matt's WWI Brirs from his VBCW stuff...

Bit pointless having the book then! We could just make scenarios up...

The point was to go for a bit of historical accuracy!

Also intersting to note, this thread was aimed at Wes, who has been on the forum, but not replied!

We could, but these have presumably been playtested, so it saves us trying to come up with something fair. There's no reason you can't do both - play them with and without the specified forces.

Cool! We'll do the first scenario, airborne night fight.

Pick an army from the Operation Market Garden list. You can have no vehicles or artillery. Let me know how many points you can do! If you can do 1000 or if its less.

Basically um in a village in the middle of the table and you can attack from all sides

Oh yeah, don't take an air force observer, you can't do an airstrike at night!

A likely story! Robbing you of the thing he fears. Watch out for 'special rules' that allow him to have extra MMG's, super-nazis and a UFO!

He can't have one in the market garden list anyway!

At least it means he can't have any "laser" tanks...

Of course, if he did, they'd have worse armour than your Tiger, and a smaller gun with shorter range, and be vulnerable at the flanks, and catch fire easily...
