1 4Ground order on Mon Jun 02, 2014 8:27 pm

I'm going to finally use that 10% voucher code I got (assuming it still works!).

Anyone want to get any 4Ground stuff if I can get 10% off?

Thanks, but there's nothing that high on the agenda yet. I've still got my bar, mesh fencing and cargo containers to do before I buy more terrain.

What are you getting?

Not certain what I'm getting. Will include some furniture, and some 15mm buildings. Otherwise not certain.

Can wait a couple of weeks though Pete.

If i'm feeling rich enough i might order a couple of buildings for the dead mans hand project as well as another couple of 28mm buildings for bolt action

Have you seen that they're jumping on the inexplicable Pegasus Bridge bandwagon?

Well, if you want the cafe, you can get in on pre-order for cheaper, and my 10% code seems to work for it.

I'm thinking I'll get the 15mm version, and probably the 15mm hotel complex as well. You could get the 28mm version for Bolt Action?

I don't mean the bridge - I can't even see how we'd use that once, without building a special board for it.

I mean the cafe, which is just a medium sized building:

Full price will be £42, but you can pre-order for £37.80. Then I get 10% off that with the code, so £34.02. Seems ok for the size of the thing (I think it's about the size of three of the terraced houses side by side, although I must admit I haven't checked exact measurements).

Ah yes. Might be an idea. When does the pre order end?

Not sure. How long do you need to wait?

It's actually entirely possible that my 10% code will work more than once - it's a very generic code, and the email they sent it in says "any orders you place" (but that could be a typo).

If I miss out on the super cheap price for the 15mm one I only lose £2 anyway, mind.

For Pegasus Bridge, of any scale, to be at all worthwhile, one of us would need to have a Para force, which we don't. Unless those are the British you're planning Pete...

Something like that. Fancy doing an all veteran force so not as much to paint...
